These Terms govern your use of Untangled Narrative Clarity (the "Service") at clarity.untanglednarrative.com, operated by Untangled Narrative LLC ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service is a thinking workspace for building, organizing, and refining personal and professional narratives. It includes guided assessments, workbooks, articles, tutorials, a canvas, and related tools. The Service is provided for personal and professional use by the account holder.
Anything you write, upload, or save inside the Service ("Your Content") stays yours. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to store, display, and process Your Content solely to operate the Service for you (for example, to save it, sync it across your devices, and show it back to you). We do not use Your Content to train machine-learning models and we do not share it with advertisers.

The Service is under active development. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We try to avoid breaking changes to existing content, but the Service is provided as-is and we cannot guarantee that any specific feature will remain available.
Some parts of the Service are free. Paid features, when offered, will display their price and billing terms at the point of purchase. If billing terms change for a paid feature you are using, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
The Service relies on third-party providers (Supabase for accounts and data, Google for optional sign-in, public CDNs for libraries, our web host for delivery). Their terms govern their own services. Our Privacy Policy lists what each provider handles.
The Service itself, including its name, branding, frameworks, methodology, written materials, code, and design, is the intellectual property of Untangled Narrative LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may use it to do your own narrative work. You may not copy our materials and republish them as your own.
You can close your account at any time by emailing jim.karwisch@gmail.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination we will delete your account and the content tied to it within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific goals. Content inside the Service is for reflection and coaching purposes. It is not legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Untangled Narrative LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 50.
You agree to indemnify and hold Untangled Narrative LLC harmless from claims arising out of Your Content or your misuse of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Floyd County, Georgia, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
If we materially change these Terms we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page and, for significant changes, surface a notice inside the app. Continued use of the Service after the change means you accept the updated Terms.
